• Volvo Bus and Steyr Daimler Puch are to form a jointlyowned company on 1 July, to which Steyr will transfer all of its bus building activities. The company will operate as Steyr Bus out of Steyr's Vienna plant. But Volvo is the majority shareholder and will manage the operation.
