The Wages Regulation (Road Haulage) Order. 1973 which came into effect on October 29 last makes provision for a driver to have three weeks annual holiday, provided he has been in continuous employment with one employer for not less than 12 months before May 1, 1974. As you obviously fulfil that condition you should have three weeks annual holiday this year.
