read the articles recently I published in your journal under the initials " F.M.L_," and after reading his latest contribution it appears to me that his knowledge of bus design is somewhat limited.
The seating plan by him that you published in your issue dated April 23 would not meet the requirements of the Ministry of Transport regulations in many respects, and I quote one regulation to the effect that an 8-ft. width at least is required to seat six passengers. It would be impossible for an average-sized person to sit in any of the seats depicted in the diagram D.R. Manchester, 10.
