Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

INTERLEASING'S DISASTER DEAL • Computer group HewlettPackard has signed a deal with Interleasing (UK) to provide a mobile "disaster recovery service" for its clients, which is designed to minimise the impact of the loss of a computer system.

The vehicle carries a comprehensive computer system which can be delivered within a matter of hours.

Hewlett-Packard approached three contract hire firms to quote for supplying the mobile computer room. The specification included generators for power supply and air conditioning, the ability to connect to mains power, and storage room for tapes, fire extinguishers and first aid kits.
