Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Bedwas Bodyworks is now offering its new Transit-based PV400 MKII body for welfare, mini-bus or PSV conversions. In its latest form the PV400 features recessed, 1,790mrnhigh, sliding side front doors and low (304nun) step. The full-width step well is designed to further aid passenger access. Door width is 680mm. Access for wheelchair-bound passengers would be through rear doors whose 1,689mm width is easily within the required measurements. The vehicle can be fitted with a rear frame suitable for tail or pillar lifts. The PV400 is offered in shell form for use by specialist mini-bus, welfare and PSV converters. Bedwas has developed the PV400 body to fit Ford Transit 160/190 longwheelbase chassis cowls.
