Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

NEW SPEED limits took effect this week.

Lorries over 7.5 tonnes may travel at up to 6 0 mph on motorways, 50mph on dual carriageways, and 40mph on other roads.

Non-car derived vans up to 7.5 'tonnes may drive solo at up to 70mph on motorways, 60mph on dual carriageways, and 50mph on other roads. If they tow trailers and work within the 7.5 tonne limit, the limits are 60mph on motorways and 50mph on all other roads; and they are bound by the over-7.5 tonne limit if they gross over 7.5 tonnes with a trailer.

Light vans and cars driven solo have a 70mph limit on motorways and dual carriageways and a 60mph limit on other roads, and are limited to 50mph on all roads if they tow a trailer or caravan.

The Freight Transport Association is issuing windscreen stickers to the industry, which are available in sheets of 10 for £1.50 plus vat per sheet (£2 plus vat to non-members), or any five sheets for £7 plus vat (f9.50 plus vat for non-members).
