WINCANTON CONTRACTS has placed more emphasis on customer service and support by the creation of a fleet services manager.
John Kaiser takes over this new position and has full responsibility for the maintenance control and operations departments.
Mr Kaiser joined Wincanton Contracts from PHR Services.
Mike Wilkinson assumes the position of national sales manager in charge of customer liaison and sales support. He was previously regional manager with Wincanton Contracts.
