LEX subsidiary Bees Transport has made Emily Nairne personnel manager, responsible for the national workforce of about 400.
She will be based at Bees' head office in Hinckley, Leicestershire, and will oversee depot staff at Hinckley, Linwood and Feltham.
Mrs Nairne was previously personnel manager at Lex Wilkinson's hub in Nuneaton.
