Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

KNOWN as the TO series, a new range of positive-displacement blowers has been announced by W. C. Holmes and Co. Ltd. It comprises six machines with outputs varying between 170 cu.ftimin. at 15 p.s.i. and 485 cult/min. at 1 p.s.i. The machines are additional to existing units operating up to 10 p.s.i.

Features that have enabled the speed of the machines to be increased and their cost to be reduced include impellers and stub shafts of one-piece construction and controlled lubrication of the gears. The cylinder of the machine is inclined at 450 which permits maximum latitude in the arrangement of connections.

Made by: W. C. Holmes and Co. Ltd., P.O. Box No. B7, Turnbridge, Huddersfield.
