Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THE Trades Union Congress is backing a search for the perfect driving cab. In a plan to improve the lot of the man behind the wheel in Britain's lorries and buses, the TUC is drawing up a team of over 70 specialists to help remove design faults.

Says the TUC: "The object is to design a cab which fits the driver—not one into which the driver has to fit himself at the risk of his efficiency and health."

The specialists have already come up with several new ideas Including a pushbutton handbrake, cab doors designed for the driver to get out facing the traffic instead of having his back to it, a standard height for accelerator and brake pedals and better driver protection from the load in the event of a crash.
