MR. G. KEITH DREW. director of Delco-Remy and Hyatt, .Ltd., has been elected to the council of the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders. After seven years with the company, be was appointed general sales manager and, last year, v. as made director in charge of sales.

MR. ROBERT TAYLOR, secretary of the Scottish Horse and Motormen's Association, is publishing a diary recording his impressions during his Visit to Russia, last year. Mr. Taylor was chairman of the British and South African trade-union delegations Which went to Soviet Russia. Since his return in December, he has given 25 illustrated lectures, on Russia and its people, in all parts of Scotland.

MR. J. H. HOLDER,, whose portrait. appears on this page, has been a member of the salts staff of F. Perkins, Ltd., of Peterborough, since the early days of the company. He has been most successful in the " diesenzation " movement in the north, and has now been appointed northern area sales manager of the company. He has been associated with various concerns in connection with oil-en gilled vehicles from the time that such machines were first used in this country: He served his apprenticeship with the Garrett concern at Leiston, and was a Pilot-lieutenant in th R.A.F. during the late war.
