NOISE regulations arc not likely to be intro' duced this year. The matter was being considered by the Minister of Transport's working party on Construction and Use Regulations and further roadside testing had to take place. said Mr. John Morris, Parliamentary Secretary, in the Commons this week. He doubted whether the Minister would be in a position to make regulations this year.
