Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

IN a furniture-van body built by G. Scammell and Nephew, Ltd.. Fashion Street. London, E.I, the operators, F. Chapman and Sons, Ltd., London, S.E,,20, specified that the cab was to accommodate as many persons as possible. The result is a fiveseat cab in which one passenger is seated on the right of the driver and three on his left.

The body, which is of 1,600cu.-ft. capacity, has a hardwood frame, with the sides and Luton front panelled in aluminium-faced ply. Tongued and grooved boards are used for the roof, which is covered with canvas. Tongued and grooved softwood is used for the floor, which has a 12-in, well at the rear.

When lowered the 4-ft. 6-in, tailboard forms a moderately easy ramp for loading and unloading. Above the tailboard are two doors which, when open, are held by catches against the sides.

In order that the operator's name shall not be partly obscured when the doors are open the inside of each door is lettered in a similar way to that part of the body which it covers when open.

Servicing of the main chassis components is assisted by the provision of trap doors in the floor. The basis of the vehicle is a Commer Avenger chassis fitted with the TS3 two-stroke oil engine and an Eaton two-speed axle.

The body is 21 ft. 1 in. long, 7 ft. 6 in. wide and has a height from ground level of 13 ft. 1 in. The overall length of the vehicle is 27 ft. 4 in. Manton Motors, Ltd., Shirley Road, Croydon, Surrey, supplied the chassis, which has a wheelbase of 15 ft. 9_ in.
