Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

The aim of the awards is to raise the profile of women and highlight the diversity of available careers in what has traditionally been perceived as a male orientated industry.

The awards are in three categories covering Administrative Excellence for those within the logistics side of the business, Operational Excellence for those employed in more handson roles and Owner Operator Excellence. "If the standard of last year's entries is anything to go by, the judges for this year's awards are going to have a hard task to decide an just three winners," says Ivaco managing director Giuseppe Franchi.

Winners will be presented with awards and £250 of vouchers at the RHA's annual lunch in October. Closing date for applications is 12 September.
