Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

There are live machines on this stand, and four of them are the property of the Royal Flying Corps. Three of them are of the bonneted type, with the control on the near side, and designed for the carrying of complete aeroplanes. The special coachwork devices which are adopted for the proper storage of aircraft are worthy of notice. A light frame, with padded supports, is mounted over the top of the body and carried right forward, This is arranged, by means of a simple operating gear to be tipped over to the side, so that the interior of the van body proper can accommodate the aeroplane's fuselage, or, as we should call it, the chassis The fourth machine belonging to the British Army on this stand is of the travelling workshop type adopted by the French Government ; it has hinged sides, which form platforms when folded outwards. The van itself carries a complete and carefully-thoughtout plant of machine tools and similar equipment. This particular machine is of the over-type design—that is, with the driver's seat placed over the engine. A Delahaye chassis, suitable for business use, is also shown ; this is of clean straightforward design and will repay detailed examination.
