Eastern and South Eastern traffic areas Eastbourne Addlestone-based Allfreight Worldwide will submit a new application at a PI on 6 February.
• A hearing on 7 February will discuss disciplinary action against RTS Waste Management based in London. The repute of the transport manager will also be on the agenda.
• A public inquiry on 7 February will consider disciplinary action against Philson Haulage (Southern) based in Chichester. The TO will also look at the repute of the transport manager at the company.
• The TO will look at disciplinary action against Davies Deliveries based in Chertsey as well as the transport manager's repute at an inquiry on 12 February.
• KRM and Sons, which is based in Bromley, will make a new application at a public inquiry on 26 February. The hearing was adjourned from 8 January.
Cambridge • An inquiry on 24 January will consider disciplinary action against P&S Bird based in Wickford. The repute of the transport manager will also be looked at.
• Disciplinary action against GS Hughes based in Lincoln will be discussed at an inquiry on 28 January.
