BLUE DRAGON Transport can base one vehicle at the former TXU site in William Frost Way, New Costessey, Norwich, as well as 26 vehicles and 20 trailers at the Gatehouse on the Roseland Business Park in Newark.
The company has also been given the green light to station eight vehicles at land adjacent to Drive Assist in Uxbridge Road, Rickmansworth, subject to the following conditions: • on leaving the operating centre, authorised vehicles shall give priority to any oncoming vehicles already on the lane leading from the A412; • there shall be no maintenance of authorised vehicles carried out on site; • there shall be no operation, movement, loading or unloading of authorised vehicles at the operating centre before 7am or after 7pm Monday to Friday, or before 7am or after 1pm on Saturdays. No operation, movement, loading or unloading of authorised vehicles is permitted at the operating centre on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
