Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

WAS in Southern Spain for he whole of November. On my rrival diesel was €1.05/lit (at wo different places). Listening 3 the BBC I heard of the hike in JK prices— there's nothing the overnment or anyone could do nything about it, it's all down to le rise in the price of crude, etc. Over the following days and reeks the price in Spain went own to €1.02/lit and didn't rise ntil the last week in November. awn I left on Friday 30 lovember it was €1.071it — a rise verall ofjust €0.02.

Spain has no oil of its own and rust buy its crude from the same orld wide market. Something is rong somewhere...
