Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

I AM writing to you with regard to the lack of secure truck parking throughout the UK.

We all know secure sites are virtually non-existent. but you would expect a site such as Lymm Truckstop to be safe. Unfortunately, that is not the case.

I've had curtains slashed on three occasions along with several other vehicles at the same time.

The harriers that used to control vehicles corning into the site are no longer used, and the general public are free to come and go as they please —it is no more that a glorified service area.

I contacted a 'manager' at Lymm who sounded completely uninterested. He informed me that Lymm was not advertised as a secure site. In other words, "unless you have a coach load of tourists spending a fortune in the cafe and then disappearing we don't care".

I've now banned all of my drivers from Lymm; we'll have to use Haydock or Crewe instead. John Taylor
