Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Parcels group ANC has been given the go-ahead for a series of developments by its new owners, British and Commonwealth Shipping (BCS).

Top of the list of changes will be the building of a new hub for ANC at Stoke. The new building, due for completion in September or October, will provide ANC with increased parcels capacity, enabling it to offer a number of new services. Up to 200 new jobs will be created at the hub, which will be fitted with a bar code tracking system for faster turn-round times.

ANC is also planning the development of a number of freight centres around the country to provide warehouse facilities for bulk storage and distribution services. The fu-st of these is already operating in Edinburgh and a second

is being developed at Stoke.

The third major development of ANC's business involves its international services, which are due for a boost through the company's links with BCS. ANC's newly appointed marketing manager director David Boon says: "We will be actively promoting fully international services from each of our 60 depots around the country.

"It is too early to say at the moment whether there will be a tie-up between ANC and BCS on international services," says Boon.

BCS owns both Air UK and Service Air.
