Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

BEDFORD REGISTER • Sewells Recruitment Advisory Service is setting up a Bedford Register to help executives whose jobs are to go as a result of the closure of a Bedford heavy truck franchise.

According to Tony Gayer, Sewells' director of personnel services, the Bedford Register is open to any executive or manager who has lost their job. "We hope to be able to put them in touch with vacancies elsewhere in the truck business," says Gayer.

It will be free to applicants, although employers using the service will be asked to pay a small charge to cover administration costs.

Executives and employers interested in using Sewells' Bedford Register should contact Sewells Recruitment Advisory Service, 1 Queen Square, Bath BA1 211E, phone 0225 318500.
