• Geoff Edmunds. of Christchurch near Newport, Gwent, has added two new models to the range of trackmounted fork lifts that it distributes in the UK.
The Moffat Mini Mountie is a scaled-down version of the 2.0-tonne model. It has a 1.25-tonne capacity at maximum 600mm load centres and weighs 1.20 tonnes. It is
powered by a water-cooled 13kW Kubota diesel engine. The Mini Mountie costs £11,950 with an extra £495 for the carrying frame.
The smaller Brauke-RuXXac fork lift weighs 60()kg, has a 0.8kW electro-hydraulic unit to raise loads of up to 1.25 tonne, and is priced at £7,595 ex-VAT with a further £395 for the carrying cradle.
