TRANSQUIP'S latest 34-ton payload low-loader combines an hydraulic detachable gooseneck and an extendible load bed on the one model.
The main deck, which can be extended from 6.4m (21ft) to 10.06m (33ft), gives a platform height of 65cm (25.5in), while the bridge above the 27-ton tandem axle, just 25cm (10in) higher, adds a further 2.44m (8ft) to the total loadspace. A 60cm (2ft) deck section takes the form of a sliding bolster to provide intermediate support with the trailer extended.
The new DW4 2/2-1 5HE trailer's detachable gooseneck permits drive on front end loading, and Overall trailer length measures from 11.79m (39ft 9in) retracted to 15.45m (501t 8in) extended.
