At the time of the inquiry the company had already sacked its mechanic and changed to a garage. In consequence the LA reserved decision pending a further report. In July a vehicle examiner saw three vehicles and issued one immediate and one delayed prohibition and one defect notice.
On that information the LA had based his decision; while the Tribunal hoped that the new garage arrangements would prove satisfactory it seemed to them that the affairs revealed at the inquiry justified the decision.
