Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

41 A Reliant-designed and developed crew cab has been supplied to Merryweather and Sons Ltd., for their prototype Marksman water tender. The tilt cab, moulded in glass-fibre, is double skinned with steel reinforcing and is insulated against heat, cold and noise. It has four doors and is very roomy.

The front accommodates the driver and an officer while the rear section has four backward-facing seats. A specially designed compartment for breathing apparatus faces the crew, enabling the men to put on the equipment as the Marksman races to a fire.

The Marksman, built on a Ford chassis developed specially for fire service work, is powered by Ford's new Turbo 360 diesel engine. Merryweather introduced the prototype Marksman at the Chief Fire Officers Association conference at Torquay, where it aroused considerable interest. Now it is being shown to fire officers throughout the country.
