Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Dairy haulier JH Willis chose its new Foden Alpha 6x2 tanker for its extra payload.

Willis says the payload of around 15,800kg is excellent considering the spec and power of the Alpha, which is driven by a 7.2-litre Cat 3126 engine rated at 300hp. Weighing in at 6.880kg without its 16,500-litre tank, the Foden features a lifting rear axle to improve access to crowded sites: it will be working seven (Jays a week around Cheshire and Manchester.

Willis, which runs 35 vehicles, plans to keep its new Foden for at least nine years, covering more than 100,000km a year.
