Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• A former owner of two northeast Mercedes-Benz truck dealers is to appear in court next month to face charges of obtaining property by deception.

Forty-eight-year-old Doncaster businessman Geoffrey Whittaker will face 15 charges concerning trucks worth over LlOm. He is due to appear at Doncaster Magistrates Court on 15 March. Police officers from South Yorkshire fraud squad began investigations two-and-a-half years ago after complaints from the receivers when some of Whittaker's other companies went into receivership.

Whittaker's Sheffield dealership has since been bought by the Northside Truck Centre and Charles Sidney has taken over the Doncaster business.
