Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Components manufacturer Albion Automotive has bought another part of the former Leyland manufacturing operation. The crankshaft machining operation supplies crankshafts to Daf Trucks for its 6.2-litre, 8.5-litre and 11.6-litre engines. Albion Automotive has bought the crankshaft operation from joint administrative receivers Daf Trucks and Arthur Andersen, for an undisclosed sum. The company has also signed a long-term contract with Daf Trucks for the supply of crankshafts.

Albion Automotive now produces axles in Glasgow and components in Leyland, Lancs. The Leyland operation already supplies suspension components and brackets to Leyland Trucks. The acquisition of the crankshaft operation will boost Albion's annual turnover to around £38 million.
