In Scotland last week, one of The Hawk's correspondents learned that the Road Haulage Association's Fuel Duty campaign Is receiving enthusiastic support from the Scottish Nationalist Party group in the Scottish parliament.

Among the campaign sponsors are General Trailers, The Sun, ERF and Iveco.

The RHA trailer was scheduled for stops at Arbroath, Forfar, Aberdeen, Peterhead and Fraser burgh. Phil Flanders, RI-IA regional director for Scotland and Northern Ireland, was impressed by the public support throughout the tour.
