• Mercedes-Benz bus and coach exhibits at the Frankfurt Motor Show next month will include a number of the new 0.600 Series of small coaches as successors to the popular 0.309 programme. Offered in six different weight versions and two wheelbase variants, the new range is based on works-built, fully-glazed bodywork with a rear luggage compartment and two-step entry.
Completion of the interior and trim of the vehicle to meet different customer needs is then carried out by approved outside body specialists including Goppel, of Augsburg, and Frenzel, for marketing through the Mercedes-Benz bus and coach sales organisation.
