MANAGEMENT consultant Ivy Penman has joined Christian Salvesen Food Services Europe in the new post of commercial manager.
She reports to Freddie Craig, managing director of Salvesen's distribution division.
For the past five years Ms Penman specialised in corporate strategy, marketing and logistics with A. T. Kearney.
She has also worked for British Oxygen, where she was part of the group's planning secretariat, and for its Medishield division, where she was in planning and marketing.
