Sin e that. time there had een few problems and they ow shed to surrender the licences held by Woodham Bros.Ltd, and have a licence for four vehicles for Woodham Bros Transport.
Asked in what capacity he worked in both companies, Mr Woodham told the deputy that he was the sole partner in Woodham Bros and the sole shareholder in Woodham Bros. Transport.
"But you can't be in the full time employment of Woodham Bros Transport as you are a partner in Woodham Bros Ltd," said Mr Pugh.
Mr Woodham said he saw the application as a basic transfer and if he was unable to do that, asked if he could leave the licence as it was before and apply for an extra vehicle. "I have been in transport all my life and there is no aspect of transport that I have not tackled," he said.
But adjourning the application, Mr Pugh said the company had to comply with regulations. "You can only serve one master not two. I will leave the application adjourned until such time as it is asked to be put back." Mr Woodham was advised to seek egal advice on the situation.
