Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

LAST Sunday Mr. W. Leese, general manager of the North Western Road Car Co„ Ltd., officially handed over a specially converted Bristol single-deck bus to the matron of the East Lancashire Homes for Disabled Soldiers and Sailors, Broughton House, Kersal. This generous presentation results primarily from the former general manager, Mr. George Brook, having responded to an appeal by the Manchester and District Liaison of Ex-Service Associations for a vehicle to convey the severely disabled patients

of Broughton House. North Western have supplied and modified the vehicle so that it can transport 10 patients in invalid chairs (it has an hydraulic tail-lift for loading), many suppliers have generously provided materials and a public appeal has brought £1,300 towards conversion and running costs. Drivers from Manchester Corporation, Salford Corporation and North Western have formed a volunteer rota to take patients out on trips.
