' -.'m alone are not sufficient; ploughs, cultivators, and pulverizers for iignt, medium, and heavy work are an essential adjunct ; fuel economy is a most important desideratum. Steam tractors are impracticable in View of the shortage of coal and locally. grown fuel, and of their weight as compared with petrol-driven tractors.
We hope to be able to Publish the regulations at an early date.
