Its 25-strong artic fleet is a fair mix; Oaf, Renault, Scania and Volvo plus two new additions: a Magnum and a Kel-Bergsupplied Daf XF95.480.
The latter is a 6x2 destined purely for Continental work, but first managing director Jim Smith had rooftop spot-lamps added. He admits to a degree of vanity in his motives, hut they also make a huge difference when driving at night, which is the main motive.
Why Kei-Berg? "I much prefer to let the experts do it properly," says Smith. "Remember, there are a lot of people out there who can do a great deal of damage with a driii."
