Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

The Astrotraq solar-powered trailer tracking system from Triteq is now available in a budget package that allows tracking of trailers via a GSM cellular phone in place of a PC.

Aimed particularly at owner-drivers, as well as small and medium-sized haulage companies, the system will send positional information on trailers in the form of an SMS text message to a mobile phone at predetermined times or on request. Trailers can be tracked down to street level across Europe.

The cost of the system is £399 (ex-VAT), which covers the Astrotraq device itself, installation and 12-months' line rental.

Astrotraq is a GPS/GSM-based product which can be stuck or bolted onto a trailer roof and charges up the trailer tracking units battery—unlike other systems

where the trailer battery is charged only when coupled up to a tractive unit.
