Si Joan _laggard, whose firm Jaggard Taman specialises in aftennarket products for curtainsider operators, is retiring. This follows the decision by the company's new owner to close her office in Mansfield, But Cargo Control, which bought the firm in May 1989, is retaining the Tiltman name and is moving the marketing operation to Essex. One other staff member at Mansfield will lose her job. Jaggard, 66, sold Dutch-made curtain welding tools, ratchet straps and fastenings to bodybuilders and operators.
