Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

London, due to be extended to Camarthen, and is accessible to Heathrow Airport. A second Severn Bridge crossing opens in 1996, which the WDA claims has sparked new interest in distribution depots in Wales, despite the heavy inward tolls. There is a possibility of a South Wales intermodal link serving industry. The study will be completed this autumn.

North Wales is served by an improved A55, which lies on Euro 22 the main Dublin to Rotterdam route and could capture new EC money. Congestion has been reduced since the opening of the Conwy tunnel.

The region is served by ports at Newport, Cardiff, Swansea, Milford Haven and Holyhead.
