Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

FORD is to • build a world spares centre on a 130-acre site at Daventry, Northants. It will eventually employ a staff of well over 2,000 who will arrange for the rapid dispatch of spare parts and accessories to owners in Britain and all parts of the world.

Construction work begins soon on the first phase of the project, a building covering 750,000 square feet. It should be ready for occupation by the beginning of 1968. Later stages will increase building area to more than two million square feet. Mr. A. T. Walling, manager of Ford parts division, and key members of his staff have recently returned from many parts of the world where they have been examining the latest computerized systems and techniques for handling stocks of 60,000 different parts.

"The finest methods and equipment will be embodied in the Daventry service centre", he said, "and I am confident that we shall improve our existing position as the best organized part supply organization anywhere in the world."
