Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Mr. L. M. Marshall, 10, Market Place, Evesham, 'Worcestershire, is acting as a consultant in connection with agricultural mechanization and power farming. He is in a position to undertake to mechanize a farm or estate and, subsequently, to supervise its operation. Although he is not engaged in the tractor or implement trade, by supplying everything through one source he is usually able to save the farmer a considerable sum of money, as against buying each appliance separately.

So far as finance is concerned, this can be arranged on the general basis of one-third down and the balance on the usual hire-purchase terms, a system which is much more beneficial to the farmer than a bank overdraft. Livestock is supplied in the same way.

Mr. Marshall has been for many years associated with agriculture, on which he is an expert in all its phases.
