Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

The service would increase Sally's existing winter schedule of two passenger/freight return sailings each day.

The latest incentive for ship users is a special rate of £8 a metre for freight carried on Sally's 1 0.3 Oam sailing from Ramsgate, provided that payment is made in cash on the day or by prepaid voucher.

Sally's normal rate per metre is £12 for account holders, £11 for cash on the day, and £10 if shippers buy a book of 25 tickets, each valid for a crossing for a 15m vehicle.

There is also a bonus scheme in operation, whereby drivers can have a special card stamped on each crossing. Once 25 stamps have been collected, a driver is entitled to a free crossing for his family and car.

Drivers of freight vehicles are provided with a free cabin and an a la carte meal on Sally's services and have use of the ship's facilities, which include a sauna.

The new freight shed at Ramsgate covers 11,000sqft and consists of a canopied area where vehicles and drivers' belongings can be inspected.

The winter services leave for Ramsgate at 10.30am and 9pm, and from Dunkirk at 8am and 6pm.

Dunkirk is on the continental autoroute system and is a corridor to Belgium, which means shippers passing through Benelux countries do not need a French permit.
