Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THE Observer's Book of Commercial Vehicles has appeared in four editions; this year it is followed by one in the same series on Commercial Vehicles (Frederick Warne, £1.95) — the first to specialise solely on lorries.

Author Nick Baldwin describes models from 135 companies and there are 239 illustrations. The background history of each firm is briefly described: "Skoda's heavy vehicles, as opposed to car-derived vans, have been made at the LIAZ factory since 1950 and this name now appears on many of their vehicles". That sort of thing.

The Observer series of 89 books on everything from automobiles to tanks (book No 89) are well produced hardbooks of small pocket size.

Frederick Warne (Publishers), 40 Bedford Square, London WC1B 3HE.
