Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Next week in London there will be held the first of a pair of two-day seminars sponsored by CM and devoted to the maintenance and selection of commercial vehicles. It will be at the Britannia Hotel on October 27 and 28, and will be repeated in Manchester, at the Midland Hotel, Peter Street, on November 17 and 18.

The four speakers will be Michael Cole, technical director of Hiltons Transport Services Ltd, David Wilson, maintenance engineer of National Carriers Ltd, Terry Goldrick, ex-FTA chief engineer and now transport facilities manager of Allied Breweries Ltd and J. R. Burrill, transport engineer of J. Sainsbury Ltd.

They will deal with the organizational aspects of vehicle choice, maintenance requirements and control of workshops and staff, and equally with the practical day-today workshop techniques, the choice and use of servicing equipment and the design and adaptation of premises.
