• A paragraph under this heading in last week's CM stated that the manager of Wallasey test station had suggested that operators could help themselves by bringing their vehicles for test fully laden. It is possible that this statement, true in itself, might have been capable of confusion with a preceding statement concerning GV9s. It would not, of course. be legal to take a GV9imposed vehicle laden to a test station for clearance of the prohibition.
