CONFLICTING views concerning a proposed amalgamation of the Grimsby and Cleethorpes municipal bus undertakings were expressed at a meeting of Grimsby Transport Committee.

Cllr. C. J. Moody thought that Grimsby should buy the Cleethorpes fleet, and was supported by Cllr. G. H. Peatson, who said: "We are not making money, but if we had bigger grounds we could make transport pay."
