The Transport Tribunal has dismissed appeals by the associated companies Middlewich-based Continental Road Haulage & Warehousing and Chris Clarke & Co against the revocation of their licences. It also rejected appeals against the indefinite disqualification of Continental Road Haulage and the 12-month disqualification of transport manager Chris Clarke.
