Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

rental and tarpaulin manufacturer Checkmate have set up a joint venture to market sheeting systems from US manufacturer Cramaro in the UK.

Three systems are on offer: one takes the sheet in the conventional side-toside way, the others go from back to front.

Of the three systems, Roll 'n' go is the traditional design with the sheet fixed to one side and rolled across the top of the body by operating a crank handle. Slide 'n' go retracts the sheet along the body rails to stow it by the bulkhead.

Flip 'n' go uses frames pivoted centrally across the body to enable the system to raise and lower itself along the length of the body. This allows awkward-shaped loads to be covered, says Harsh.

Harsh is importing the basic machinery from the US and Checkmate is supplying the heavy-duty vinyl sheeting. CTR will undertake both the retro-fitting and servicing of the systems including 24-hour yearround breakdown cover via its freefone callout.

On a typical eight-wheeler Roll 'n' go has an installed cost of £850 (exVAT) and adds about 175kg to the tare weight. Flip 'n go costs £1,150 while Slide 'n' go heads the trio at £1,350.

The last two both weigh 150kg and can be electrically powered, adding £550 to the price of Flip and £750 to Slide. Weight is within 5kg of the manual system in both cases.
