The LA granted the company's application for two vehicles, not to exceed 7.5 tonnes, with conditions as to the times between which they were permitted to enter and leave the premises.

• Disciplinary proceeding involving Nottinghamshire operator Pinxton Autos have been adjourned, together with consideration of the company's application to renew its licence, which has attracted both local authority objections and representations on environmental grounds from local residents. The company, of Alfreton Road, Pinxton, is seeking renewal of its existing national licence for eight vehicles and trailers.
