Frozen assets • Norfolk Line has bought seafood transport firm Continental Freeze of Broxburn, Edinburgh. Continental Freeze operates two cold stores and runs 14 reefer trailers. Managing director Derek Sloane and CF's 15 employees will stay with the company.
Pasta Express ▪ Wincanton Distribution subsidiary Santa Fe Express has won a two-year high street delivery contract with Pasta Foods.
Public Ryder • Ryder Truck Rental has won its second public sector contract in two weeks, this time with East Dorset District Council at Wimbourne. Ryder has bought the council's fleet of 35 vehicles.
