• George Neville Transport Safety Systems of Kirkby-inAshfield, maker of the Easysheet tipper/bulker sheeting system, has developed a mechanised two section netting cover for opentopped waste containers.
The device comprises two half covers, rolled at either side. When the container has been filled the two halves are drawn (via a small gearbox mechanism on each side) up over the load, coming togethei in a flexible ridge along the centre line.
Neville's sheeting system is intended primarily for open containers such as those handled by hooklift vehicles like the PD Rolonoff. It will prevent light waste scatter, and the driver no longer needs to climb on top to position and tie down a loose cover.
